First of all skinny fat is not a body type but a condition where one looks skinny with clothes on but without clothes he/she has a layer of fat on his/her body.
There are three basic body types, the ECTOMORPH, the MESOMORPH and the ENDOMORPH.
People remain confused whether they should first bulk or cut to get rid of skinny fat. However, the solution is very simple.
