The human brain is amazing. But the stress is kind of decreasing our brain potential. But there are many ways by which you can increase your brain power. There are several methods like visualization (which effects the subconscious mind) but there are many breathing exercises which you can follow to get the results. In this video, I talked talked about a simple method of breathing with one nose by which you can increase your brain power. When you breath with your right nose, it effects the left hemisphere of the brain and the entire effort is used to recharge one side of the brain and in a similar way, your left nose. You can also use the visualization technique to recharge your brain but this technique is a little different. We explore the same in this video.
