Failure is the necessary condition of a successful company. This is because businesses need to take risks in order to continue growing. These risks often work, but they can’t always work. When this happens, it could either be a mistake to be learned from or a complete disaster. Mistakes sink companies, but well-established companies know how to deal with potential disaster, as they’ve surely dealt with it many times before.
