It means ye message waha tak pahuchne me kam se kam 25000 saal to lagne hi waale hain aur hum apne lifetime me kabhi nahi jaan paaenge ki ye kise milne waala hai. Yaha ek baat aapko bataani jaroori hai, aur wo ye ki scientists ne ise aliens yaani ki extraterrestrial civilizations se koi communication set-up karne ke liye nahi bheja tha. Iske peeche unka maksad ye tha ki agar future me ye kisi alien civilization ko milta hai, to wo hum insaano ke baare me jaan sakenge, universe me hamaari presence ke baare me unhe pata chalega aur most importantly, wo ye jaan jaaenge ki hum insaan kitne advanced hain.. matlab advancement ke kis level par hain.
